Plain-language terms for preorders on this site. Replace with your own before you launch.
Preorders
A preorder reserves a skin from the current batch. We charge when you order and ship when the batch is cut. If a batch is cancelled, you get a full refund.
Changes and refunds
You can change or cancel your order until the batch closes. After it ships, unopened skins can be returned within 30 days.
Compatibility
Skins are cut for common current-gen controllers. We are not affiliated with any console maker, and all product names belong to their owners.
Your data
We use your name, email and address only to take and ship your order and to answer your messages. We never sell it.
